Three months in review!

Darlings, it's been a while. Lots of life, lots of fun, and lots of challenges have rocked the past few months - so here's to keeping this short and sweet.

Work, as you know, has moved from a place of madness to quiet to a place of semi-balance. If you give it enough time, everything ebbs and flows, so I'm genuinely excited to be about a week into something new. Traveling to North Carolina and San Francisco for the summer, getting to build a skillset that I don't yet have, and working with a new team of people? Twist my arm. Really.

So outside of work, what have I been up to in the past few months?

Apartment hunting (& finding!)
A foray into online dating
Running into one of my favorite artists at a hipster bar in Atlanta during a layover (Jeremy Messersmith you are most delightful)
The trip of a lifetime to Guatemala
A good deal of introspection regarding what I want/what I'm actually looking for quite a few things (not just dating related, either. Case in point: more maxi skirts in my wardrobe)

Quite a few shows at First Ave

and (finally) spending a lot of time outside without worrying if I'll lose an appendage.

So really, the past few months have been a weird mix of difficult, delightful, and something I'm immensely grateful for all at the same time. I'm looking forward to being back, to talking about the things that have been going on, and to be moving onward all at the same time!
